As most of you know, I’ve been in the food service industry for 40+ years. As a result, I’ve learned many nifty tricks and shortcuts from some of the finest chefs to have ever walked the earth. Well, since it’s getting close to Thanksgiving, I thought I’d share one of those tricks; how to make the best pumpkin pie you’ve ever tasted. You wouldn’t think it could taste as good as it does considering it takes very little strain to produce.
