So, I didn’t post anything on the 2nd, because I was without internet access. There is, however, no excuse for not posting yesterday, other than I fell asleep. When I did finally awake, I figured anything that I’d write would be nothing short of incoherent babble…much like anything else I’ve ever written. That said, once again I must apologize to those who are unable to sleep without my daily brilliant scribbles…
My day with Ryan begins at around 6:45 A.M., and when I entered his room this morning, I was greeted with a smile. And, he’s been smiling (on and off) for a few hours now. He’s obviously comfortable, and thinking of something good. He’s been doing well since he turned 24 a few short days ago. The days do seem to get shorter as one gets older; that’s for sure. It was hot on his birthday (around 92 degrees), but it’s cooled off to the mid-eighties today. One would typically expect with the hotter temperatures (a sign of summer, and not necessarily that of global warming), that Ryan would begin to experience higher temperatures himself, as he has in years past but, so far, that hasn’t been the case. All his vitals have been normal. We praise God for that!
Anyway, I hope y’all enjoy a spectacular day on purpose in whatever neck of the woods you reside. Ryan and I will be thinking about and praying for y’all…
